What are the ingredients in PBfit?

PBfit® combines three simple ingredients: peanut flour, coconut palm sugar, and salt.

How can I make regular peanut butter out of PBfit® powder?

Use 1.5 Tbsp of water for every 2 Tbsp of PBfit®. You can also just mix it with water until you reach the texture or consistency you prefer.

Can PBfit® be stored after mixing?

We don’t recommend that as our products don’t have preservatives so we can’t guarantee the quality or freshness of the product once it’s been mixed and stored.

Why has the PBfit® serving size changed?

Due to new FDA guidelines on serving sizes, one serving of PBfit® is now updated from 12g to 16g. It now contains 8g of protein, has 70 calories, and has 87% less fat than 1 serving of traditional peanut butter. Our PBfit® recipe remains the same!

What’s the shelf-life of PBfit®?

18 months.

Where do you harvest the peanuts?

The peanuts that are pressed and used in PBfit® are grown on US soil in Texas and Georgia.

How are the peanuts made into powder?

First the peanuts are mechanically pressed to extract the oil- no chemicals or solvents are used. The peanuts are then grounded to a fine powder before coconut palm sugar and salt are added.

How many Weight Watcher Points is a serving of PBfit®?

A 2 Tbsp serving of powdered PBfit® is 2 Weight Watcher points.
