PB&J Chia Pudding

1 1/2 cups milk of choice

1 tsp vanilla

1-2 Tbsp maple syrup

3 Tbsp natural salted peanut butter

1/3 cup Better Body Foods Chia Seeds

2-3 Tbsp fruit jam of choice


1. Add milk, vanilla (optional), maple syrup, and peanut butter in a blender. Blend on high to thoroughly combine. Taste and adjust flavors as needed, adding more maple syrup for sweetness or peanut butter for saltiness.

2. Transfer to a liquid measuring cup or jar, and stir in BetterBody Foods Chia Seeds.

3. Cover well and set in the refrigerator to chill for at least 1-2 hours (preferably overnight) or until chilled through and pudding-like in consistency.

4. To serve, top with extra peanut butter and jam or fresh berries. Keep it covered in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 days.
