1 cup PBfit Protein Peanut Butter Spread
1/2 cup raw sugar
1. Preheat oven to 350 and place the racks in the upper and lower third of the oven. Spray one nonstick baking sheet lightly with cooking spray.
2. In a medium bowl, mix the peanut butter, sugar, and egg until well combined. Spoon 1 rounded tablespoon of the mixture about 1 inch apart onto the baking sheet. Flatten the mounds with your thumb.
3. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely before removing from the baking sheet.
