Ingredients

2 avocados peeled, seeded and halved

3/4 cup seasoned panko bread crumbs

salt and pepper, to taste

2 Tbsp BBF Avocado Oil or Avocado Oil Spray

Directions

1. Slice avocado in half and remove skin and seed from avocado and lightly coat with Avocado Oil Spray or brush with Avocado Oil
2. Place breadcrumbs on a plate and press avocado halves into bread crumbs till well coated on all sides.
3. Place breaded avocados in an air fryer basket and cook at 375°F for 7-10 minutes.
