Apple and Spiced Peanut Butter Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

4oz Gouda cheese - grated

1 Honey crisp apple - sliced thin

1 Tbsp Honey

4 Tbsp PBfit Pumpkin Spice

4 Slices of sourdough bread

2 Tbsp Butter

Directions

1. Spread half the pbfit on one of the slices of bread. Sprinkle ¼ of the grated cheese on top of the pbfit. Next, place a layer of apple slices and drizzle with half of the honey. Sprinkle another ¼ of the grated cheese on top of the apples and sandwich with another slice of bread.

2. Heat A skilet on medium heat. Melt 1 Tbsp of butter in the skillet. Place your sandwich in the skillet and cook til each side is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

3. Serve warm
