¼ cup coconut palm sugar

Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a standard donut pan. In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, coconut palm sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, eggs, oil, and apple cider. Allow the dough to rest for about 2 minutes to ensure the moisture is absorbed by the coconut flour. Pipe the dough into the doughnut pan and bake for 15-18 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for about 2-3 minutes and then turn out onto a cooling rack. To make the glaze in a small bowl add the powdered sugar and apple cider and stir to combine. Dip the cooled doughnuts into the glaze and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if desired.
