Apricot Ginger Glaze

Dairy Free Gluten-Free Vegan Vegetarian

1/2 Cup water

4 or 5 apricots, pitted

2 Tbsp BBF Organic Agave

1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

1 tsp fresh garlic, minced

1 tsp balsamic vinegar


1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.

2. Pour glaze into pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.

3. Serve hot over pork or chicken.

Tips and Notes:

If you prefer the glaze a little thicker, mix 2 tbsp. cornstarch with 2 tbsp. water and stir into glaze while glaze is simmering. Reduce heat to low once the sauce has thickened.

Serving size: 2 tbsp.
