Avocado Toast w/ Super Seed Egg

Ingredients

½ small avocado

½ tomato diced small

½ tsp fresh lemon juice

⅛ tsp Kosher salt

⅛ tsp freshly ground black pepper

1 (1 oz.) slice whole grain bread, toasted

1 hard boiled egg

½ tsp BBF Avocado Oil

Toppings: 1/2 T BBF super seed blend plus 1tsp everything bagel seasoning

Directions

Step 1
In a small bowl, combine avocado, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Gently mash with the back of a fork.
Step 2
Top toasted bread with mashed avocado mixture. Gentle rub hard-boiled egg with avocado oil then roll into super seed mixture. Cut in half and place on top of toast. Sprinkle leftover seed mixture on toast. Enjoy.
