1 sheet frozen puff pastry
8 oz wheel brie
1 Cup cranberry sauce
1 egg, beaten
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Defrost one sheet of puff pastry for approximately 20 minutes. Unfold puff pastry and place on a lightly-floured work area.
3. In the center of pastry, place 1/2 Cup cranberry sauce. Center the wheel of Brie on top of the cranberry sauce.
4. Bring all four corners of puff pastry into the center of round, one at a time. Pinch edges together to form a seal. Gently flip over and place on an ungreased cookie sheet and brush with egg.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until pastry is golden brown. Top with remaining 1/2 Cup cranberry sauce and serve with crackers.
