5 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/4 Cup BBF Organic Virgin Coconut Oil

1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1. Preheat oven to 450° F
2. Line a sheet tray with parchment. In a large bowl, toss sweet potatoes with just enough oil to coat. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
3. Spread sweet potatoes in single layer on prepared baking sheet, being sure not to overcrowd the pan. Bake until sweet potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning occasionally, about 20-30 minutes.
4. Let cool 3-5 minutes before serving.
