1 mashed banana

1 egg

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 Tbsp protein powder, any kind

1 Tbsp almond flour

1 Tbsp BBF Coconut Flour

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking powder

1 packet stevia


1 Tbsp BBF PBfit®

1 Tbsp cocoa powder

1 packet sweetener

add water to combine


1. In a bowl mash up your banana.

2. Crack your egg on top and vanilla and mix well.

3. Add the rest of your ingredients and combine. *Quest protein can be substituted for any protein or more almond flour instead.

4. Spray a mug with non-stick cooking spray or coat with coconut oil.

5. Add your cake batter and microwave for 2:30min

6. Flip onto a bowl and add your toppings
