Baobab Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites

2 cups dry oats

1 cup dried dates

3/4 cup canned chickpeas

1/2 cup water

1 Tbsp Super Seeds

2 Tbsp Baobab powder

3/4 cup mini chocolate chips or cocoa nibs


1. Grind oats in a food processor or blender till you have the consistency of flour. Set aside.

2. In food processor or blender combine, pitted dates, water and chickpeas and blend until a medium-thick mixture is created. (pudding like)

3. Pour mixture into bowl with oat flour, super seeds, and baobab powder. Mix together until you get a sticky cookie dough consistency. Fold in mini chocolate chips or cocoa nibs or your favorite nuts.

4. Scoop into balls.

5. Store in fridge for up to 1 week.
