Baobab Pineapple Sorbet

1 cup water

1 cup cane sugar

2 Tbsp Baobab powder

4 cups fresh pineapple peeled and chopped then frozen


1. Bring the water to a simmer, add the sugar and baobab powder, and allow mixture to boil for 2-3 minutes. Remove from stove and cool mixture.

2. In a blender add frozen pineapple, and cooled syrup mixture and blend till smooth.

3. Poor into a freezer proof container and freeze for 3 to 4 hours.

4. Scoop and serve. If it is frozen a little too solid, simply give it a few minutes to soften before serving.
