Baobab Vinaigrette

Dairy Free Gluten-Free Vegan Vegetarian



1/2 cup Avocado Oil

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1 Tbsp Agave Syrup

1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar

1 Tbsp Baobab powder

1 fresh glove garlic

Salt and pepper to taste


1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend well. Pour over your favorite greens.

2. Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
