Blueberry Chia Pudding

4 Tbsp chia seeds

1 1/2 cups Oatsome Oat Milk

1 Tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 cup blueberry yogurt for topping

1/2 cup fresh blueberries for topping


1. In a medium bowl, combine the chia seeds and Oatsome Oat Milk and stir well to avoid chunks.

2. Add the maple, vanilla extract, salt and mix everything very well.

3. Using a plastic wrap, cover the bowls and refrigerate for about 4 hours, or refrigerate overnight.

4. In small glasses (or dessert dishes), add a layer of blueberry yogurt, then chia pudding and a layer of blueberry yogurt, and top with fresh blueberries.
