“Bug Juice” Lemonade

Ingredients

8-10 large lemons

1 cup Monk Fruit Blend

1 1/2 cups water water (6 cups)

2-3 drops green food coloring6

6-8 black licorice sticks for straws

Plastic eye balls to drop in the glass

1/4 inch piece dry ice to Carbonate and bubble per glass

Directions

1. Halve the lemons, then squeeze the juice from the halves —you can do this manually with your favorite juicer or reamer. You need 1 cup of strained lemon juice.

2. Add the monk fruit blend to the strained lemon juice and whisk until completely dissolved. Add the water and chill.

3. Just before serving drop in a few drops of green food color to desired shade of green.

4. Drop the eye balls into the bottom of each glass, pour the green lemonade into the glasses and drop a tiny piece of dry ice into the glass and serve with a licorice straw
