Candy Frozen Sour Grapes

1 bunch green grapes (approximately 3 cups)

1 lemon (juiced)

2 limes (juiced)

1/2 cup BetterBody Foods Monk Fruit Blend


1. Wash grapes with water.
2. Remove each grape from the stems.
3. Place in a large bowl and dry slightly with a towel to remove excess water.
4. Juice lemon and 2 limes over the grapes and mix them well with your hands or a large spoon so each grape has been mixed in the lemon and lime juice.
5. In a separate bowl, add 1/2 cup BetterBody Foods Monk Fruit Blend.
6. One at a time, place each grape in the monk fruit blend and toss lightly to coat all sides, using a fork or utensil.
7. Remove and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet/pan.
8. Repeat with each grape.
9. Place pan of grapes in the freezer for 1-2 hours. Remove from the freezer
