3/4 cup water

1/4 + 1/3 cup Oatsome

3 green cardamom pods

3-4 whole black peppercorns

1/4 tsp fennel seeds

1-2 whole star anise pods

1-2 cinnamon sticks

2-3 thin slices of fresh ginger

1-2 tsp BBF Agave

2 tsp loose black tea leaves


1. In a small saucepan, heat the water, ¼ cup oatsome, and all the spices. Allow mixture to come up to a boil and then turn the temperature down to a simmer. Allow to simmer for 5 mins to infuse the spices into the mixture.

2. Add the tea leaves and turn off the heat, cover and allow to steep for 2 minutes.

3. Pour into a cup through a sieve to strain out the spices and tea leaves.

4. Add the agave.

5. Froth the remaining oatsome and add to the cup.

6. Enjoy!
