Chocolate Chip Cookies with Oat Flour

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups Oat Flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 salt salt

1/2 cup butter

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup white sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 egg

1 chocolate chips

Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 350

2. Cream together butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in egg and cream.

3. Combine dry ingredients and add into creamed ingredients. Mix until all flour is combined well.

4. Add in chocolate chips and mix.

5. Scoop and bake cookies. Bake 350 degrees 11-12 minutes.

6. Cool and enjoy!
