Chocolate Granola

4 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup flaxseed, ground

1/3 cup avocado oil

1/3 cup honey

1/2 cup natural peanut butter

5 Tbsp BetterBody Foods Cacao Powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup chopped dark chocolate pieces


1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, flaxseed, BetterBody Foods Cacao Powder, salt, cinnamon. Stir to combine. Add in avocado oil and peanut butter. Stir until well combined and all oats are coated well.
3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring once at about 15 minutes in to redistribute the oats.
4. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chopped chocolate over the top. Stir slightly (just a couple of swirls) to form some clusters. Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container at room temperature. Makes about 6 cups.
