Ingredients

2 Cups BBF Coconut Palm Sugar

1/2 Cup Almond Milk

3/4 Cup BBF Organic Virgin Coconut Oil

1/4 Cup BBF Organic Cacao Powder

1/2 Cup Hemp Hearts

1/2 Cup Crushed Peanuts

3 Cups Old-fashioned Rolled Oats

1 1/4 Cup BBF PBfit®

1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract

1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Directions

1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper.

2. Bring the coconut palm sugar, almond milk, coconut oil and cacao to a boil in a large saucepan, stirring occasionally. Let boil for one minute. Remove from the heat. Add the hemp, crushed peanuts, oats, PBfit®, vanilla and salt, and stir thoroughly to combine.

3. Drop heaping teaspoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and shape into cookies. Place in refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes until cooled and hardened. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
