1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk
1/4 cup BBF Organic Chia Seeds
2 servings BBF Organic Superfood Blend
1/3 cup BBF Superfood Organic Cacao
1/4 cup BBF Organic Coconut Sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
1 tsp lemon juice
1. Add milk and chia seeds to high speed blender and blend on high for 60 seconds.
2. Add the rest of the pudding ingredients to the blender and blend for 60 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
3. Divide the mixture into two ramekins and refrigerate from 1 to 12 hours.
4. Add the topping ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until creamy.
Immediately before serving, top the pudding with a dollop of ricotta mixture.
