1 Medium head of green cabbage shredded
1/2 a head of purple cabbage shredded
1/4 yellow onion sliced thin
1 large carrot shredded
To make dressing:
3/4 cup BBF avocado oil mayo
2 Tbsp White wine or apple cider vinegar
2 heaping Tbsp BBF Baobab powder
2 Tbsp BBF agave syrup or 2 Tablespoons BBF Monk Fruit Blend
1 fresh garlic clove
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
Dressing:
1. In the blender add all ingredients except water.
2. Blend till smooth and creamy. Slowly add water as blender is running. Blend till creamy.
3. Pour from the blender into a bowl and chill while you cut apples for salad.
To make salad:
4. Place all ingredients into a large bowl. Pour dressing over ingredients and gently fold till all ingredients are coated with dressing.
