Ingredients

4 eggs

2/3 Cup milk

2/3 Cup all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp salt

1 Tbsp sugar

1 tsp Vanilla

2 Tbsp BBF Naturally Refined Organic Coconut Oil, melted

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. In a blender, combine the eggs, milk, flour and salt. Cover and process until smooth.

3. Pour the oil into an ungreased 9x13 inch baking dish; add the batter.

4. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
