Coconut “Mounds” Bark

2 Cups shredded coconut

1 Cup BBF* Virgin Organic Coconut Oil

1/4 Cup BBF* Organic Agave

1 Cup chocolate chips

Pinch of sea salt



1. Warm the BBF* Virgin Organic Coconut Oil until it is liquid and add in all ingredients except for the chocolate.

2. Line a shallow pan with wax paper or foil and lay out the coconut mixture and pat it down to create a solid layer. Pop it in the freezer until solid.

3. Melt chocolate and pour over coconut and let set in the freezer again.

4. Once it's all good and hard, break it up and enjoy!
