1 cup rolled oats

1 Tbsp chia seeds

1 Tbsp ground flax seed

1 ½ Tbsp BetterBody Foods Organic Coconut Palm Sugar

1 ¼ cup milk of choice

1½ Tbsp coconut sugar for topping


1. Place oats, chia seeds, flax, and BetterBody Foods Coconut Sugar into a jar.
2.Pour in milk and mix with a spoon or whisk. Place in the fridge covered for 4 or more hours. Top the overnight oats with additional coconut sugar if desired.
