1 cup corn, roasted
1 can black beans, rinsed & drained
1 cup red cabbage, shredded
2 green onions, minced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp BBF Coconut Vinegar
1 Tbsp BBF Naturally Refined Coconut Oil
juice from 1/2 a lime
1 Tbsp BBF Organic Agave
salt & pepper to taste
1. Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
2. In a small mixing bowl whisk together dressing ingredients.
3. Drizzle over salad and gently toss until coated.
