2/3 Cup organic agave
1 Cup water
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 bottle club soda
ice cream or half & half
1. Boil water, agave, and vanilla to make syrup.
2. Add ice to glass and pour syrup over ice, approx. 3 tablespoons.
3. Add club soda until full. Top with ice cream or half & half. (Syrup does not need to be refrigerated.)
