Cucumber, Mint and Basil Soda

1 cup water

3/4 cup BBF organic agave

1/2 large cucumber, thinly sliced

24 fresh mint leaves

12 fresh basil leaves

6 cups club soda



1. Boil the water and agave.

2. Remove from heat and add cucumber (reserve some slices for garnish). Add mint, basil, and cover and steep for 30 minutes. Strain syrup.

3. Fill glass with ice, add 2 tablespoon syrup, club soda, and stir to combine.

4. Garnish with cucumber and mint.
