1 8 oz package of cream cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

1-2 Tbsp dill weed, fresh or dried

1-2 Tbsp BetterBody Foods Organic Super Seeds

8 small orange peppers split in half and seeded

fresh dill for garnish


1. Place your cream cheese, sour cream, and dill weed in a bowl.

2. Mix it all together until smooth and creamy.

3. Split peppers in half and pipe with pastry bag or fill with dill cream cheese spread. Garnish with a sprig of fresh dill and sprinkle with BetterBody Foods Organic Super Seeds. Keep refrigerated.
