2 bananas, sliced
1/2 Cup BBF Virgin Organic Coconut Oil

1/3 Cup cocoa powder
1/4 Cup BBF Agave
1 Tbsp Vanilla
1 pinch sea salt
1/4 Cup chopped roasted peanuts
1. Freeze sliced bananas in a single layer for several hours or overnight.
2. Gently heat the coconut oil, cocoa powder, PBFIt and agave together in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until ingredients are melted. Add vanilla and salt and mix.
3. Dip frozen banana slices into the sauce and place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Quickly sprinkle a few peanuts onto each banana slice. Chill in the freezer until ready to eat.
