Ingredients

12 eggs

1 Cup pumpkin

1/2 Cup BBF Organic Agave

2-3 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 1/2 Tbsp Vanilla

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 Cup BBF Naturally Refined Organic Coconut Oil, melted

1/2 Cup BBF Organic Coconut Flour

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients.

2. For best results, let the batter sit for five minutes before cooking waffles.

3. Pour batter into a preheated waffle iron, approximately 5 minutes per batch, or to desired brownness.

Makes 10 4x4 waffles.
