Green Protein Pancakes

1 ½ cups flour

¼ cup sugar

1 Tbsp baking powder

¼ cup plant protein

1 tsp green spirulina

a pinch of salt

2 eggs

1 ½ cups oat milk


Preheat a griddle to 350°F or a skillet to medium-high heat.

Combine all dry ingredients and whisk together. Add in eggs and milk and whisk batter until smooth. Pour batter on the griddle and cook pancakes for 2-3 minutes on each side. Serve with sliced bananas, blueberries, and fresh maple syrup.
