Harvest Berry Salad with Omega Oil

Ingredients

1/4 Cup white wine vinegar

1/2 Cup Omega Oil

1/4 Cup BBF organic agave

1 shallot

1/2 tsp ground mustard

1 1/2 Tbsp poppy seeds

4 Cup spinach

1 Cup strawberries

1/2 Cup blueberries

1 Cup BBF organic quinoa

1/2 Cup slivered almonds

4 oz feta cheese

Directions

Dressing:
1. Place first 6 ingredients in a blender, pulse to combine. Transfer to an airtight container and whisk in poppy seeds. Shake before use.
Makes 1 Cup

Salad:
2. Place ingredients in bowl in order listed. Toss gently to combine.
Serves 4.
