2 cups quartered strawberries fresh or frozen and thawed
2-4 Tbsp monk fruit sweetener
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. Pour mixture into molds, leaving a little space at the top for them to expand.
3. Insert sticks and freeze until hard (at least 4 hours).
4. Run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them up, then remove from the mold.
