Kansas City Barbeque Beef Sandwiches

2 Cups tomato sauce

1/2 Cup water

1/2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

1/2 Cup BBF Organic Agave

1/2 Tbsp onion powder

1/2 Tbsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 Tbsp yellow mustard

1/4 Cup worcestershire sauce

1 beef sirloin tip roast (2lbs)

2 celery ribs, chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

1 medium green pepper, chopped

8 whole wheat buns


1. To prepare sauce: combine tomato sauce, water, vinegar, agave spices, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a blender and process until smooth.

2. Place beef in a slow cooker. Add celery, onion, and green pepper. Pour sauce over meat and vegetables. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or until meat is tender.

3.Shred meat with a fork and serve on whole wheat buns.
