2 Tbsp pumpkin puree

2 tsp sweetener of choice

1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice (plus more for sprinkling)

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup brewed strong coffee (or 1/4 cup espresso)

Sugar-free, non-dairy whipped cream (for serving)
