Lemon Basil Soda

4 parts soda water

1 cup water

3/4 cup organic agave

1 part lemon juice

6 basil leaves


1. Boil the water, Agave, and Basil for 5 minutes. Set aside and let cool.

2. Put ice in glass, pour syrup over ice, approx. 3 tablespoons.

3. Fill 1/3 of the way with lemon juice. Top off with club soda.

4. Store syrup on an airtight container.
