Mini Pbfit oat bar

1/2 cup oats

1/2 cup pbfit pure powder

4 dried dates

1/4 cup water

1/2 cup cacao chocolate chips or 60-70% dark chocolate


1. In a food processor combine oats, dates and pbfit pure powder and process until a crumbly powder mixture. Add in water and process until a sticky dough forms.

2. Press into mini molds or press into a small 8x8 square pan. Let chill while you melt your chocolate.

4. Melt chocolate in the microwave in short 20 second intervals stirring in between each time so chocolate does not burn. Once chocolate is melted spread over the top of each mini bar and chill for ten to 15 minutes until set.

5. Enjoy - keep refrigerated.
