1 cup rolled oats
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup pbfit pure peanut flour
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup oat milk
1. Place all ingredients in a medium size Tupperware and mix.
2. Then, place into the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
3. In the morning, add a few more tablespoons of oat milk (if need be <— depending on how thick you like it!)
4. Eat with a drizzle of peanut butter on top.
