Patriotic Chia Pudding

¼ cup chia seeds

1 cup milk of choice

1 tsp blue spirulina powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 Tbsp sweetener of choice

1 Tbsp ground freeze dried strawberries

½ cup yogurt

½ cup sliced strawberries

½ cup blueberries


1. Mix chia seeds, milk of choice, spirulina powder, extract, and sweetener in a jar and shake to combine.

2. Let the pudding sit for 5-10 minutes, then give it another shake to break any clumps that may form.

3. Place in the fridge for at least an hour to thicken. Combine strawberry powder and yogurt.

4. Stir chia pudding again and serve layered with strawberry yogurt and top with fresh berries.
