1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 Tbsp BetterBody Foods Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp flax seeds
3 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 Tbsp maple syrup
3 Tbsp BetterBody Foods Organic Plant Protein
1. Place all the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade. 2. Pulse several times until the ingredients break up. Continue blending until a soft dough forms. If your mixture is a little dry add water or milk 1 Tbsp at a time until the dough comes together. 3. Roll the dough into balls of your desired size (I did slightly over 1 inch and ended up with 14 energy balls). 4. Enjoy immediately (the balls will be soft but delicious) or pop in the refrigerator for 10 or so minutes to allow the balls to set. 5. Enjoy your PB Chocolate Energy Balls!
