Peanut Butter Layer:
1/2 cup PBfit Protein Peanut Butter Spread
1/2 cup BBF Virgin Coconut Oil
2 Tbsp sweetener of choice
Heat chocolate, coconut oil, and sweetener in a microwave-safe bowl in short intervals until melted.
Pour into muffin tins lined with paper and freeze for 5 minutes until the tops are just set. Prepare the peanut butter layer. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter, coconut oil, and the sweetener of your choice. Heat in 30-second increments, stirring frequently, until the mixture has melted. Stir well until all the sweetener is properly melted. Remove chocolate cups from the freezer and top with the peanut butter layer.
Place in the freezer for another 20 minutes or so until the fat bombs have set.
