3/4 cup rolled oats

3/4 cup unsweetened milk of your choice

1/2 banana sliced

2 tsp BBF Organic Coconut Sugar

1 Tbsp PBfit


1. Layer all ingredients in a mason jar, starting with the oats.
2. Add milk last.
3. Place lid on mason jar and shake well to combine the ingredients.
4. Place jar in fridge overnight.
5. Enjoy.
