2 cups corn chex
2 cups rice chex
2 cups wheat chex
1 cup popped popcorn
1 1/2 cups pretzel bites
1 cup mixed nuts
1/2 cup peanut butter m&ms
1/4 cup BBF Naturally Refined Coconut Oil
1 cup PBfit - Premixed
1 cup honey
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1. In a large bowl combine the chex cereal, pretzels, popcorn, nuts and m&ms. Toss to combine.
2. In a saucepan, combine coconut oil, PBfit, honey, brown sugar and salt. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute and then remove from heat.
3. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the cereal mixture. And fold together with a rubber spatula.
4. Dump the mixture on a parchment lined baking sheet and spread out. Place in freezer of leave on the counter to cool and get more firm.
