Peanut Butter Chocolate Pudding Cups

Dairy Free Gluten-Free Vegetarian

Ingredients

1 cup Oatsome (Organic Oat Milk)

3 Tbsp Cornstarch

1/3 cup Chocolate PBfit - premixed

4 Tbsp Sugar

2 Eggs

1 tsp Vanilla

3 Tbsp Organic Cacao

2 cups Chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs

Gummy worms for decorations

Directions

1. In a bowl, whisk all the ingredients together, until well combined.

2. Transfer the mixture to a pot over medium heat, stir continuously until thickened and mixture begins to simmer.

3. Remove from heat and continue to stir for 1 minute.

4. Transfer mixture to a bowl, cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.

5. To make the cups, alternate between cookie crumbs and pudding in your cups create layers. Starting and ending with a layer of cookie crumbs. Top with a gummy worm or two.
