1. Place all of the smoothie ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth but still thick. If the mixture seems too thick, use a rubber scraper to mix your smoothie around and continue to blend. 2. Scrape your smoothie into a bowl and top with your favorite fruit, granola and or mixed Pbfit. 3. Enjoy!
