4 Tbsp PBfit Pure Peanut

Juice of 1 lime

1/4 cup rice-wine vinegar

1 Tbsp coconut aminos

1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil

1 clove garlic

1 tsp fresh minced ginger

3 Tbsps water

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

3 Tbsps avocado oil


1. In a blender, puree peanut powder, lime juice, vinegar, coconut aminos, 3 tablespoons water, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and salt, and pepper until smooth, about 15 seconds.

2. With the machine running, slowly add avocado oil in a steady stream, and continue blending until dressing is emulsified and slightly thickened.
