1/3 cup chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 8x8 square baking dish. 2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl besides the chocolate chips. Mix till well combined. 3. Stir in the chocolate chips. 4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Smoothing with a spatula. Bake for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
