1/2 cup BBF Organic Quinoa

1 1/4 cups milk of choice

1 Tbsp ground cinnamon

1 Tbsp maple syrup

For Toppings:

1 banana

1 Tbsp nut butter

1/4 cup chopped walnuts

1/4 cup coconut flakes


1. Add Better Body Foods Organic Quinoa, milk, cinnamon, and maple syrup into a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it's creamy and the quinoa is cooked.

2. Transfer to a bowl and top with sliced banana, nut butter, walnuts, and coconut flakes.
